Step 4. Then you've finished your work. You'll have to remove the password to unlock PDF before you upload it to the server. It can help you to edit text, add a password, crop PDF, etc. To crop a PDF in Preview is very simple, but please keep in mind that it can only crop a single page at one time.
Now let's see how it works. Click the little pen point icon on top of the Preview interface to open the markup toolbar. Or you can go to the "View" menu and choose "Show Markup Toolbar". Then select the "Rectangular Selection" button on the markup toolbar.
Put your mouse on the PDF page you want to crop, and left-click on where to start, then drag the mouse to select an area on the page. When you finish selecting, click the "Crop" button the newly appear on the markup toolbar. A prompt will pop up a warning "Cropping a PDF document doesn't delete the content outside the selection. Click the "OK" button if you're fine with it.

Now Adobe Acrobat will enter an editing mode. Click the "Crop Pages" icon on the editing toolbar. Then select an area of the page to crop by dragging a rectangle on the page with the mouse. Double-click inside the cropping rectangle. A new dialog will appear for you to set the cropped page. You can set the margin, page size, and page range in it. There are a few different ways to crop a PDF on a Windows computer, but the easiest way is through the use of the snipping tool — this method doesn't require you to use any third-party websites or to convert it to a different type of document first.
Press the Windows key to open the search bar and type "snip" to find and open the snipping tool. In the snipping tool window, select the shape that works best for what you want to do — rectangular will probably work best under most circumstances. Once you choose a snipping shape, the page will gray out, and your cursor will turn into a crosshair selection tool.
Click and drag to select the rectangular shape you want to crop from the PDF, and let go to confirm your selection. When you're finished, a window containing your cropped area will appear. In the top right corner of the window, click "File" and select "Save As…" and choose a name for your cropped image, as well as the type of file to save it as.
This sounds like a complex process, but it's actually fairly simple. Find the documents or images you wish to combine and hover over them, checking the box in the top left corner of each one you want included. Right-click over one of the selected items, and choose "Print" from the dropdown menu. A Print menu will appear.
